What is the Consolidated Plan?

 The Consolidated Plan will assess the current housing market, discuss characteristics of Waukesha County's HOME Consortium's population (the Consortium includes Waukesha, Jefferson, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties), identify community improvement priorities, and outline a five-year plan to fund and implement them using funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the federal Community Development Block Grant program (CDBG).  You can view the Consortium's previous Consolidated Plan here:
